  • What You Can Withdraw: Total tuition fees or outstanding education loan, OR entire savings in Akaun Sejahtera (whichever is lower)
  • What's Covered: Tuition fees and charges by the institution, outstanding loan, hostel/accommodation, one-way flight for first-year students (outstation/abroad). For Certificate Level 3, only tuition fees are eligible, subject to Akaun Sejahtera balance.
  • Who Can Apply: Malaysians & non-Malaysians under 55, with savings in Akaun Sejahtera, pursuing or completed eligible courses, not fully sponsored. Includes member, child, spouse, or parent (with conditions).
  • When You Can Withdraw: Every semester or academic year, or within 3 years from course end/quit/fail date for outstanding payments.
  • Payment Options: Payment to member (if fees already paid, receipt within 1 year) or to institution (to settle outstanding tuition fees).
  • What You Need: MyKad/ID, tuition fee receipt, KWSP 3 form, enrolment letter, flight ticket (if claiming), proof of relationship (if not student), course recognition letter, KWSP 9H (AHL) & ID copy (for mail/representative).
