- Who Can Apply: Malaysians & non-Malaysians under 55, with savings in Akaun Sejahtera, pursuing or completed eligible courses, not fully sponsored. Includes member, child, spouse, or parent (with conditions).

- Payment Options: Payment to member (if fees already paid, receipt within 1 year) or to institution (to settle outstanding tuition fees).
