Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Property and Construction Management at University Technology of Sarawak (UTS) is a 3.5-year, full-time, English-medium degree that develops competence in property valuation, construction management, property law, and facilities management.
Students progress from principles of valuation, law, building technology, economics and financial management to applied valuation, town and country planning, land law, construction and project management, statutory valuation, property finance, facilities management, construction law, and a dissertation, followed by practical training and a report. Elective pathways include land surveying, statistics, special property valuation, safety, health and risk management, business valuation, and draughtmanship. Graduates are prepared for valuer, estate agent, and property manager roles.
