|Apply for a major|
1. Chinese International Education
The major of Chinese International Education is aimed at foreigners or overseas Chinese whose native language is not Chinese and who have graduated from high school or above. It aims to cultivate international Chinese talents with solid Chinese communication and teaching abilities, a comprehensive understanding of contemporary China's national conditions, Chinese language and literature, and Chinese history and culture, and the ability to engage in Chinese teaching, friendly cultural exchanges with China, and Chinese secretarial or translation work.
2. Business Administration
The Business Administration major is oriented towards industry needs and sustainable development. It cultivates applied management talents with basic Chinese language skills, understanding of Chinese culture, adaptability to the needs of social and economic development, an integrated knowledge structure of management, information, and economics, knowledge of economic theory and information technology, a grasp of systematic management theories and methods, adaptability to the needs of informatization, and innovative awareness and practical ability. It aims to cultivate senior professionals with an international perspective and applicable to various types of organizational management work.

Eligibility
1. Applicants must hold citizenship of one of the five Central Asian countries, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan, a valid foreign ordinary passport, be friendly to China, and be in good health.
2. Be of good conduct, law-abiding, diligent and studious, and have no criminal record in the country of their nationality.
3. Applicants must have a diploma equivalent to a senior high school in China, be under 25 years old, and have a letter of recommendation issued by their national school.


|Application and Admission Process|
Step 1 - Prepare your application materials
1. Original highest academic certificate. Graduation certificates obtained overseas must be notarized, and a scanned copy of the notarized certificate must be submitted. Recent graduates should have a "Pre-Graduation Certificate" ( Appendix 1 ) issued by their current school. Upon admission, they must submit both the original graduation certificate and a scanned copy of the notarized certificate.
2. Transcripts of all high school courses. Fresh graduates may provide existing transcripts and submit all transcripts after being admitted.
3. Scanned copy of valid passport information page (valid for more than 2 years).
4. School recommendation letter in English.
5. Personal statement or study plan of no less than 600 words, written in Chinese or English.
6. Applicants already in China must submit scanned copies of their passport visa page, residence permit page, and a certificate of academic performance issued by their current school.
7. Foreigner Physical Examination Record ( Appendix 2 ). Valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
8. Criminal Record Certificate. The certificate must specify the validity period. If no validity period is given, it is valid for six months from the date of issuance. Recent graduates in China may submit proof of their academic performance. If a criminal record certificate is temporarily unavailable due to special circumstances, please complete the "Criminal Clearance Letter" ( Appendix 3 ).

* Notes:
1. All application materials must be in Chinese or English. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by notarized English or Chinese translations.
2. Paper application materials do not need to be mailed. Our university and departmental admissions teams reserve the right to request original paper copies of your application materials or certification documents from a designated certification agency for further verification.
3. All original documents provided by the applicant must be scanned in color before uploading. Images taken with mobile phones or cameras will not be accepted, and photocopies will not be accepted.
4. Applications with incomplete application materials will not be accepted.
5. Applicants must ensure that the application content and uploaded attachments are authentic and valid. Applicants who are dishonest will be permanently disqualified from applying to our school.

Step 2 - Complete the online application
1. The "International Student Application System" is the only valid application platform. Applicants should log in to the system to register, fill in the application information and upload the application materials. Application system link: Contact E-Square to obtain the website
2. Applicants must accurately provide their email, phone number, and mailing address. The Admissions Office will use this email address to send notifications and application results. Applicants must promptly respond to emails from the university during the admissions period. Failure to respond promptly or to submit supplementary materials within the required timeframe will be considered a withdrawal from the program.
Step 3 - Admission Review
1. The school will assess the comprehensive qualities of applicants through reviewing application materials and college re-examinations, and select the best candidates for admission.
2. Applicants must promptly monitor the review status of the application system and their personal email address, and complete relevant information or supplement relevant materials based on the school's feedback.
3. Once admitted, students may not change their major, duration of study, or language of instruction.
Step 4 - Mail admission materials
After the admission is completed, the school will mail the "Admission Notice" and "Visa Application Form for Foreign Students Studying in China" (JW202) to the student according to the address information filled in by the student in the system when applying.


|Scholarship|
1. Tuition-free
2. Provide free accommodation on campus
3. Provide living allowance: 18,000 yuan/year/person
4. Provide comprehensive medical insurance for students studying in China
5. Provide international travel expenses to China no more than 20,000 RMB/year


|Enrollment|
1. Admitted applicants must hold an X1 visa for study abroad. Those holding other types of visas will not be accepted. Specific requirements for applying for an X1 visa are subject to the visa list provided by Chinese embassies and consulates abroad.
2. Registration is expected to begin in March 2023. Accepted students must register at the university strictly according to the time, location, and requirements specified in the Admission Notice. Failure to register more than two weeks after the scheduled enrollment date will result in the cancellation of admission and scholarship eligibility.
3. Required documents upon registration include: passport, admission letter, JW202, highest diploma and notarized copy, transcript, language proficiency certificate, and physical examination record. All of the above documents must be original for verification. Applicants who cannot provide these documents or whose original documents do not match the scanned copies submitted during application will be disqualified from admission. Applicants whose physical examination records do not reflect their actual health status will also be disqualified from admission.
