Eligibility
1. Hold a foreign ordinary passport; high school diploma or above, and be in good physical and mental health.
2. Must be 16 years of age or above. Applicants under 18 years of age as of August 31 of the year of application must provide a letter of guarantee from an adult guardian of Chinese or foreign nationality who resides in China.
3. Applicants must meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education of China's "Jiaowai Han [2020] No. 12": Applicants who are residents of mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan and have obtained foreign nationality through immigration, or applicants whose parents are both or one of them is a Chinese citizen and resides abroad and who were born with foreign nationality, must, in addition to meeting the school's other enrollment requirements, hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for four years or more and have actually resided abroad for more than two years in the past four years (up to April 30 of the year of admission) (actual residence abroad for nine months in a year will be counted as one year, based on entry and exit stamps).
4. Language proficiency requirements:
Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must possess an HSK Level 4 or higher (190 points or higher for science and engineering, 210 points or higher for liberal arts and business, with a writing score of 60 points or higher). Applicants who can provide proof of Chinese-taught programs in their previous academic period are exempt from submitting an HSK certificate.
Applicants for programs taught in English must have a TOEFL score of 80 (inclusive), IELTS 6.0 (inclusive), or Duolingo 105 (inclusive). Applicants who can provide proof of English-medium studies or whose native language is English are exempt from submitting English language proficiency certificates.
Application Period
Scholarship application period: November 15, 2024 to April 15, 2025.
Self-funded applications: November 15, 2024 to July 20, 2025.

Review and Admission
1. Our university adheres to the principles of fairness, impartiality, and openness, and adopts an "application-review system" to select international undergraduate students.
2. The list of admitted students for each scholarship will be announced before July 31, 2025. Our university will issue admission letters and Visa Application Forms for Foreign Students Studying in China to the admitted applicants.
Precautions
1. Applicants must ensure that the information and materials they provide are true and accurate. If the information and materials are found to be untrue by the admissions unit or certification department, the applicant will be denied admission or their eligibility for study will be revoked.
2. After admission and payment of tuition, the school will provide relevant documents for applying for a study visa to China.
3. After being admitted, students are not allowed to register for two schools at the same time. Once verified, their student status will be revoked.
4. Students must complete registration and check-in procedures within the timeframe specified by the university. Failure to register without prior approval will be considered as a waiver of student status and any scholarship eligibility will be automatically revoked.
5. When you register for the fall semester, please bring original copies of relevant certificates and supporting documents for verification.
