• Exclusive to Malaysian nationals
• Family earnings (comprising both employed parents) should not exceed RM6,000 for East Malaysian residents and RM8,000 for West Malaysian residents
• Mandatory full-time student registration at INTI institutions
• Enhanced 5% support provision for interstate students pursuing education at any INTI Campus (determined by NRIC residential address)
