This scholarship is exclusively for students progressing from XMUM foundation programmes to degree programmes. Eligibility is determined by academic achievement as follows:

- Continuation of the scholarship into subsequent years is dependent on the student's academic performance relative to their peers from the same program and intake.
- The renewal amount is determined by the student's CGPA ranking within their cohort:
- Over 80% Scholarship: Awarded to students in the top 25% of their cohort.
- Over 50% Scholarship: Awarded to students in the top 35% of their cohort.
- Over 25% Scholarship: Awarded to students in the top 45% of their cohort.
- Up to 25% Scholarship: Awarded to students in the top 70% of their cohort.
