• Malaysian citizens with exceptional potential, aged between 18 to 25 years, preferably from children's welfare homes, non-governmental organizations, or economically disadvantaged communities
• Individuals from financially challenged backgrounds with household income of RM3,000 per month or less
• Must satisfy the minimum academic entry requirements for their chosen programme
