- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
- Open to all Foundation, Diploma, and Bachelor's Degree programmes.
- Scholars are required to maintain a minimum CGPA of 2.00 throughout their studies.
- Recipients must represent MMU in MASISWA, SUKIPT, IPT Games, tournaments, or other competitions as required by the university.
- The scholarship is subject to annual review based on the scholar's performance and achievements in their talent area. The university reserves the right to withdraw the scholarship at its discretion.
