Explore universities (Go8, public, or private) and decide on your course (Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Foundation, Diploma, etc.). Check entry requirements including academic and English proficiency.

Prepare Documents

Gather academic transcripts, English test results, passport copy, resume/CV, Statement of Purpose, and recommendation letters for postgraduate programs.

Apply via E-Square Malaysia, pay application fees (some universities waive this), and wait for your offer letter (conditional or unconditional).

Accept & Pay Deposit

Sign acceptance form, pay initial tuition fee/deposit, and receive Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) from the university.

Apply for Visa

Apply online through Department of Home Affairs, submit CoE, OSHC, financial documents, and GTE statement. Pay visa application fee.
