Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SHUTCM) is a medical university jointly established by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. It is a "Double First-Class" university and a high-level university key construction project in Shanghai. Founded in 1956, SHUTCM is one of the first traditional Chinese medicine institutions of higher learning established after the founding of New China. The university is located in Shanghai and has two main campuses: Pudong Campus and Xuhui Campus.
