Step 2: Pay Tuition Fee in Financial Office, Room 102
(CSC full scholarship students can skip this step)
Step 3: Check Insurance Status in Student Affairs Office, Room 111
Students can choose insurance companies in mainland China.
Unichina International Insurance is recommended.

Step 5: Accommodation Formalities in Housing Office

Pay accommodation fee in Financial Office, Room 102 (CSC students skip this step)

Get Registration Form of Residence
Students living off-campus must get an off-campus registration form from Room 111 and then register temporary residence at the local police station.
Step 6: Apply for Residence Permit in Student Affairs Office, Room 111

Medical Report issued by Hubei International Travel Health Care Center
Students with X2 Visa do not need to apply for residence permit but still need to register in Room 111.
