Applicants under 18 years of age must obtain the university’s approval and provide notarized guardian documents and other related materials (please consult the Admissions and Program Development Office for details).

Exemption allowed if the applicant's previous degree was taught entirely in Chinese; a language certificate from the previous institution must be provided
