Founded in 1946, Jilin University is a national key comprehensive university directly under the Ministry of Education. 2. Applicants must log in to the "China Scholarship Council Online Application System"（Contact E-Square to get website）, click on the "Scholarship Application". Please select Jilin University as your first choice, and its "Receiving Institution Number" should be "10183". Fill out information, submit, and print the "Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship."
3. Applicant Application materials should be submitted to the sending department of the country where you are studying within the specified time.

1. The China Scholarship Council will review applications for eligibility, and those not meeting the conditions will not be accepted by the school.
2. Approved application materials will be forwarded to relevant universities for admission. It clarifies that the China Scholarship Council has the right to adjust choices of universities, majors, scholarship types, and durations based on various conditions, and the school determines the final admission results. It also mentions that the school might suggest changes in major based on application materials and will contact applicants via their provided email address.
3. Scholarship recipients can come to China to study after confirmation from the receiving university, approval from the China Scholarship Council, and passing an on-campus review and physical examination. Each scholarship recipient can only receive funding from one Chinese government scholarship program.
