III. Application Procedure
Step One: Complete the Online Application
Log in to the "China University of Petroleum (East China) International Student Online Service System" (Contact E-Square to get scholarships information ), register a personal account, select the "School Scholarship" program to apply, fill in your personal information and upload the required documents, then click Submit to complete your application.
Step 2: Check admission results
Check the school's review results online in a timely manner through your registered email address and personal application account.
Step 3: Collect admission materials
Admitted students should confirm their mailing address with the Admissions Office and wait to receive their admission materials.
Step 4: Apply for a study visa
Please apply for a study visa (X1-Visa) at a Chinese embassy or consulate abroad with your admission documents including the Admission Notice, Visa Application Form for Foreign Students Studying in China (JW202), and a physical examination form, and register at our school within the specified time.
