Criteria
To be eligible for the UCSI Tan Sri Ahmad Razali Merit Scholarship Award, applicants must meet the following academic requirements:
- A-Levels: Achieve 4 A grades
- STPM: Maintain a CGPA of 4.0
- Matriculation: Attain a CGPA of 4.0
- UEC: Obtain 8 A1 grades (including English)
- SACE/AUSMAT: Achieve an ATAR of 95
- Diploma: Maintain a CGPA of 4.00
- IB: Score 40 or above
- Foundation: Achieve a CGPA of 4.00
An interview is mandatory for all shortlisted candidates.
Highlight
- Scholarship recipients must maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.75 throughout each semester. Failure to meet this academic standard will result in immediate revocation of the scholarship award.
- Recipients are expected to voluntarily contribute their time and effort, dedicating no more than 4 hours per week or 15-45 hours per long semester (7.5-22.5 hours per short semester) to support UCSI College/UCSI University and the UCSI University Trust in their diverse workplace initiatives and community outreach programs.

Financial Benefits
- Complete fee waiver covering both tuition fees and resource fees
- Monthly allowance of RM 500 throughout the study period
- Additional allowance for educational materials: RM 2,000 for books and laptop in the first year, and RM 1,000 for subsequent years
- On-campus accommodation (Note: Student must notify UCSI University of acceptance within 2 weeks of being offered the twin-sharing university accommodation. The offer will be withdrawn and will not be redeemable or exchangeable for cash after the 2 week period should there be no notification of acceptance)
