- Open to Malaysian citizens only
- Applicants must have secured admission to MIA and satisfy the entry requirements
- Only SPM, GCE O-Level, or UEC holders with the required academic achievements are eligible
- Results submitted for scholarship consideration must be from within two years of the intended intake

| 14-18 points | 20% tuition fee waiver for the first 2 semesters |

Highlights
- Recipients must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 at the end of each semester
- Applicants cannot be receiving financial support or scholarships from other institutions or organizations
- This scholarship only applies to tuition fees for subjects taken for the first time; repeated subjects are not covered
